La villa è composta da tre camere con bagni indipendenti per un complessivo di 8 posti letto, cucina, soggiorno e terrazzino.
La villa si compone di cucina attrezzata (5 fuochi gas), forno, bollitore, macchina da caffè espresso ed americano, tostapane, frigo, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, aria condizionata e TV LCD in tutti gli ambienti, connessione WI-FI.
Camera 1:
Graziosa camera matrimoniale che a richiesta può diventare una doppia con letti singoli, dotata di bagno indipendente.
Oltre l’armadio la stanza è dotata di un comodo scrittoio, aria condizionata e TV LCD.
La finestra-balcone, attraversando le scale di passaggio, dà accesso al terrazzino della casa.
Camera 2:
Ampia e confortevole stanza tripla con letto matrimoniale (a richiesta anche separabile) e singolo è finemente arredata con armadio ed un elegante scrittoio.
Si completa con TV LCD, aria condizionata ed un piccolo, ma funzionale, bagno indipendente. Camera 3 Luminosa e panoramica è una confortevole matrimoniale con bagno indipendente.
Per le eventualità è predisposta per l’aggiunta di un letto. Aria condizionata, TV Lcd, armadio, scrittoio e caminetto (decorativo) compongono l’arredamento e la dotazione. DA ANNOTARE: Parcheggio disponibile, a pagamento, su prenotazione, nelle vicinanze. Tassa di soggiorno di €2,5 per persona per notte da pagare in loco. Perched high up in Positano, this property has one of the best views in town! It is about a 20-minute hike up and down each day to the waterfront, which I enjoyed tremendously. The host was also able to arrange private transfer as well as tours. There was a minor miscommunication but the matter resolved eventually. I will stay there again!

The property has a wonderful view of all of Positano. The hosts especially Valerio was super helpful and took good care of us. It’s a clean home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice kitchen and dining areas inside and on terrace. It’s a bit high up from town center so plan either to walk a lot or take buses and / or taxis.

Located high in the hills of Positano, this property offers a great vantage point to the town below. The walk to and from the city center is pretty strenuous, so if you are physically able, the bus system or cab is likely the best option and the bus stop is right outside the door.
