Bright apartment of 70 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
Great for its strategic location, a short walk from Vatican City and bus stops reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot!
The area is well equipped with all amenities, including bars, restaurants, market and shops for every need.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, Smart TV, dining table and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (one split in the living room and one in the bedroom), communal heating, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: the lift is NOT suitable for disabled people, there are 11 steps to access it.
Note the presence of a step at the entrance to the building.
Hot water is supplied via a boiler, you may need to wait for it to refill.
The whole flat will be at your complete disposal.
The apartment is located in the Prati district, an area of Rome that is located on the right side of the Tiber river.
The zone, although quiet, is animated by the presence of numerous restaurants, bars and clubs, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The Basilica of San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Borgo district can all be reached on foot.
This also applies to Piazza Risorgimento and Via Cola di Rienzo, a well-known commercial street that is particularly lively even in the evening. At about 2 km away, connected by a straight and flat road, there are the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico which host, in addition to sports competitions, also concerts.
On the other side of the Tiber river is the Auditorio Parco della Musica. The other monuments and places of interest in the city can be easily reached by underground thanks to the proximity of the Ottaviano metro station (line A) which is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
This also facilitates the connection with the Termini station. Main points of interest: - Vatican City: 26 minutes on foot, 22 minutes by public transport; - Castel Sant'Angelo: 26 minutes on foot, 19 minutes by public transport; - Trevi Fountain: 25 minutes by public transport; - Pantheon: 27 minutes by public transport. - Restaurant Da Dante: 9 minutes on foot; - Bar Carletto: 1 minute walk on foot; - PIM Supermarket: 1 minute on foot. - From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by shuttle bus service.
From here it is possible to take the metro line A to the stop of "Ottaviano" (6 stops), 10 minutes walk from the property. - From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the train to the "Roma Termini" stop, from where it is possible to take the metro line A to the "Ottaviano" stop (6 stops), 10 minutes walk from the property. - From Roma Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line A to the "Ottaviano" stop (6 stops), a 10-minute walk from the property. - If you are travelling by car, parking is NOT included.
It is possible to park for a fee in the street (NOT guaranteed), or at the Aubry Garage, in Via Augusto Aubry 3/B (for a fee - NOT guaranteed). Really enjoyed our stay in Prati. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with great view and all the amenities we needed; in a calm residential neighborhood.
There’s a grocery shop right across the street, cafes nearby, a bus stop very close, and the metro is an easy walk away.
The host was very helpful and responsive.

Appartamento molto bene tenuto e organizzato con tutto quello che serve,comodo agli autobus (fermata a 50m) leggermente meno per la metro (comunque raggiungibile in 10 minuti di camminata).Bel quartiere in zona tranquilla, parecchi ristoranti in zona e piccolo supermercato vicino.Volendo si può raggiungere in 20/25 minuti a piedi il Vaticano e lo stadio olimpico.

El alojamiento excepcional, la zona muy tranquila y a la vez bien comunicada para llegar en transporte público a cualquier punto de Roma, sin lugar a dudas un alojamiento para repetir
