Situato nelle vicinanze della Torre Eiffel e di supermarket e ristoranti di tutti i tipi, questo appartamento è comodo, pulito e confortevole, ma situato al terzo piano senza ascensore (come quasi sempre capita a Parigi).

Positive:
Ottima sistemazione, non lontano dalla torre Eiffel, vicina a numerosi ristoranti e ad un carrefour. Comodo, pulito, non lontano da una stazione della metro. Incluso nel prezzo un comodo passaggio in taxi dall'aeroporto all'abitazione.
Negative:
L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore, con scala a chiocciola, non adatto per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.
