Exterior : - 24 m² sliding and removable veranda with table and chairs - A beautiful 300 m² enclosed, non-shared garden with furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Précy-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant environment.

We had a great stay here. The location was really handy for Disneyland (the reason for our visit) only a 20 minute drive away. The house was really clean and well looked after, and Hortense (our contact) was super responsive and helpful.

Logement dans un état extrêmement différent de l’annonce : jardin non entretenu, logement sale, voisinage pas très engageant…Le gazon des photos de l’annonce a disparu au profit des mauvaises herbes, du lierre pousse à l’intérieur d’une véranda sale & non terminée…Quelle différence entre les photos ...
