Apartment Emma is located in Lapad, in the heart of modern Dubrovnik.
It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both the historic Old City and downtown Dubrovnik. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. Private parking is provided, reservation is required. This beautiful two bedroom apartment is perfect fit for up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms - one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with large double bed. Living area features sofa - convertible single and cable TV. Air conditioning and free WiFi are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and utensils.
Private bathroom features washing machine, bathtub and hair dryer. Lovely furnished balcony provides sea view. Apartment Emma is situated in Lapad neighborhood only 2 km away from the historic Old Town and a short walk away from the best beaches Dubrovnik has to offer.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk from the property.
Bus station with a direct line to the Old City of Dubrovnik is 150 meters away. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 300 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATM's. Lapad Promenade is 1.5 km away from the accommodation, the same distance as shopping center DOC. The nearest market is 250 m from the property, while the nearest pharmacy is 350 m away from the property. Dubrovnik airport is 21 km away from the property.
Dubrovnik ferry port is located 3 km away, while main bus station is located 2,5 km away.

Diese Wohnung empfand ich als nett und erschwinglich. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind großzügig genug für meine vierköpfige Familie. Wir haben gerne in der voll ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und nach langen Tagen beim Erkunden von Dubrovnik auf dem Balkon entspannt. Der nahe Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich!

Emmas Apartment in Lapad ist ideal für alle, die Arbeit und Reisen verbinden möchten. Dank der stabilen Internetverbindung und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre war es perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was ich zum Kochen brauchte, und ein Supermarkt in der Nähe machte das Einkaufen unkompliziert. Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Altstadt war ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt.

Die Geschäftsreise verlief problemlos dank des guten WLANs und der komfortablen Arbeitsplatzeinrichtung im Apartment Emma. Mir gefiel auch die Nähe zu lokalen Cafés für Mittagspausen.
