Pergamonto Cottage has a magic all of its own. An original greek 'Kalivi' just lovingly renovated completely with brand-new kitchen, bathroom, private plunge pool and outside kitchen under a bamboo pergola. Inside:
Lovingly restored and completely renovated.
Fully equipped kitchen with Espresso machine, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings in spring or autumn, air conditioning for summer heat, WiFi, Bluetooth BOSE Speaker, Smart TV and a selection of books. There is also a washing machine for longer stays.
Pergamonto Cottage's wooden sleeping gallery is reached via a wooden staircase and looks down into the living room.
The bedroom feature 1.60 m wide very comfortable bed and ample clothes storage space.
Sea and harbour & garden views from all rooms.
Outside:
Directly in front of the cottage is a spacious terrace with pergola, a table and chairs.
Steps away to the sun terrace and the plunge swimming pool, which is completely private.
A separate outside kitchen covered with a Pergola of bamboo and linen including a second outside dining area. Terraces where you can relax on deckchairs in the sun or in the shade...
Views down to the olive tree grove, over the mountains and the sea.

We have had many rentals with VRBO - this is the first one which has not been 100% positive.
The cottage is small, but attractive in a fantastic hillside location with a stunning view.

Rustic, comfortable and well equipped inside and out. Close to everything, town, bars, restaurants and beaches. We even enjoyed the challenge of the drive back up the steep hairpins. Only 20 minute walk into town and a good work out coming back! All very relaxing!
