Welcome to the Coral Resort, a superbly located boutique hotel on Clearwater Beach.
We're just 2 blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats going by! The resort features its own private fishing dock, a year-round heated pool, and a tropical courtyard.
An on-site daytime manager, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door.
Did we mention the free parking and wifi! Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Welcome to our beautiful corner suite, Unit B-3.
This studio suite (not ground floor) features an open layout, a shared balcony, and a beautiful view.
Comfortable Accommodation: - Direct waterview - Balcony overlooking the pool & water - Open layout & plenty of sunlight - Full bed that can go up to make room - Comfy sofa and SMART TV - Dining area for 3 - Full kitchen (including stove - no dishwasher) - Kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, towels - Full bathroom with walk-in shower - Drip coffee maker & coffee provided Outdoor Bliss: - Heated pool - Fishing dock - Courtyard Delightful Dining: - Free parking - Free wifi - On-site manager during normal business hours Professional Cleaning: - The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption.
Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything.
If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
Please note, a rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided along with a verification photo.
This all must be completed prior to arrival and has to be done digitally by phone or computer.

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) ⚠️General construction has been completed throughout the property.
There's just a few units undergoing construction but are progressing according to each owner's individual schedule.
There are continued work on the association unit in Building AE and the pool bathroom in D building.
All major construction and any work that may cause significant noise has been completed.
Remaining tasks involve interior finish work only and will be performed during standard business hours. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
