There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on street parking is available outside the property.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Other nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby - all within 10 minutes drive. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away. Situated in a convenient location, it is possible to explore Belfast easily on foot. There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
