There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)
-A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.
-For your safety and security, CCTV operates throughout the communal areas and entrance points of the building.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 6 people.
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
-We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
-No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey from Belfast city centre. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Connswater Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away.
Other nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby - all within 10 minutes drive. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
Situated in a convenient location, it is possible to explore Belfast easily on foot. There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.
