Upon entering the apartment you will find yourself in a spacious common area with an open balcony.
This room includes a large fully-equipped kitchen and living room with dinning table, TV and huge comfortable sofa bed.
Passing through this area you can get into a room with a queen size bed and an open Maltese balcony with a perfect view.
Next to the kitchen is a door that leads to the comfortable bathroom with a shower.
We would like to pay your attention that the apartments have a steep staircase to the second floor.
There is also a big room with a queen size bed.
Here you will find another bathroom similar to the one on the first floor.
The apartment fully prepared for your comfortable stay, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, air conditioner, wi-fi, apartment and city guide, complementary amenities and there is also self-catering possibility within apartment’s fully equipped kitchen which offers top-quality amenities including cooking equipment, fitted oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction hob.
Quiet hours between 21:00 and 07:00.
When disposing of garbage city rules should be respected.
ECO Tax payable at the check-in is EUR 0.50 per adult per night.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required, collected by credit card at the time of the check-in.
You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:01 and 03:00 costs EUR 70.
