There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Practical and conveniently located 3 bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay.

For the price, it was a great offer. The place was quite clean, and we had a great time as 7 friends. Location is pretty good, there are supermarkets and coffee shops around. To the center, you can take a taxi for only 5-6 euros. However, we were very cold in the first day, and we think that there should be more heaters. Even though we put all the blankets on us, we were still shaking.

The flat is spacious and clean, and is also very well located as it's not far from the centre (15 minutes by car), and there's a mercadona and a lidl nearby. However, the area is very noisy at night.
During our stay, the power went out once and so we had some problems with hot water the next day, fortunately we were helped by the host.

I didn't realise but I chose a 3rd floor with no lift and the area was a bit difficult to park, but there was space on the side street. Watch out for the parking meter!
Mercadona two blocks away with everything you need and equipment to support then downstairs! Very good, I like the experience!
