Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. São Bento train station is just 10 minutes walk away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 25-minute drive. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the São Bento train station is just 10 minutes walk away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my home! This beautiful 70m² flat is conveniently located close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants offering various dining options. The living room is cosy, with a comfortable sofa to relax on and a TV for your favourite programmes.
The area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essential utensils to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dining table. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and hotel-quality linen for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned. Please note that there are several stairs in the street leading up to the flat. Low Ceiling: The ceiling is lower in some areas of the apartment.
While perfectly manageable, it may be less comfortable for very tall individuals. Stairs and Luggage: Access is via steep or challenging stairs—something to keep in mind if traveling with large or heavy luggage. Enjoy your stay!

Fontainhas is one of the most typical neighbourhoods in Porto and also the area where you can take the most impressive photos of the river area! This natural viewpoint offers lots of breathless views!
This is the main picturesque place for the local, popular St. John festivities in June. It is a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd, and the area still remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops, and local families living there for decades.
You can really walk from here to anywhere in Porto city centre: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from Home, and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meal spot in the city. You will get to the great iron D. Luis bridge at the upper level, to the cathedral, or to Aliados Av. within a 10-minute walk!

Very nice view and perfect location, provided you don't mind climbing a few stairs ;) The heating wasn't working, so it was a bit cold inside in the evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay!

The flat was ok, small but enough to be comfortable.
The views were very good.
Relatively central location.
The only drawback is the flight of stairs to the flat. The location and the views are worth it.

Perfect location and space to base a few days in the city from. Great views and enough space for two people. Everything was clean, bathroom basic but cannot argue for the price. Would definitely stay there again
