This tax will be included in the accommodation price. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. This is a fantastic two-bedroom apartment in Edinburgh with views of the castle.
The apartment is perfect for families with children, as well as for those travelling alone or with friends.
With two bathrooms available, you can bathe the little ones while enjoying a relaxing shower or bath yourself. Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to many of Edinburgh’s top attractions. Thoughtfully designed, the home offers a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other useful appliances. The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, including a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. The apartment has been professionally cleaned and carefully sanitised to ensure your health and safety. Please note that animals are not allowed on the property. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best.

Our apartment is located in a fantastic area of Edinburgh, just a short walk from some of the city’s most popular attractions. Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
You’ll also find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy right on your doorstep. Edinburgh Waverley Station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore further afield.

We were mislead by the description of the surroundings of the neighborhood. There were only 2 pubs and only one served food until 9PM. There was no binder containing any information about the apartment. We have stayed in several VRBO/AIR B&B properties and every other one have great informational binders/packets. P

We enjoyed our stay here and got used to the walk to the various places in the city centre we wanted to visit. The walk is a bit convoluted but we found the shortest route by our final day. The apartment was more tired than we expected with stations in the carpet and couch but overall good value for...
