We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Restauradores, is just an 11-minute walk. The nearest train station, Lisboa Rossio, is just an 11-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Although it’s in a ‘lively’ neighbourhood, this very clean and welcoming flat is quiet. The nights spent there were peaceful and restful (at least during the week – I wonder what it’s like at the weekend?)
Easy to get to, whether on foot or by Uber, scooter or bike.

The apartment was perfectly located in a very trendy part of Lisbon. My young family of 4 had a great time walking around the local area. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with all the essentials to be comfortable. Communication from GuestReady was polite and prompt. We’d love to stay again!

Very clear check in and out instructions, Marie from GuestReady is prompt and friendly and easy to contact.Amazing location very central in Lisbon near lots of shops and bars. There was a cockroach in the living room but otherwise the flat was perfect as well
