Modern and bright 82-square-meter apartment, perfect for four people, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities; there are a few steps to access it), it is situated in Ostiense district, in the vicinity of the Gazometro and the Tiber River, and is excellently connected to the city center thanks to the nearby metro (Line B, 'Piramide').
The accommodation comprises a living room with a double bed, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

-KITCHEN with a gas stovetop, dining table, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and other kitchen utensils;
-BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, shower enclosure, and sink;
FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in the living room and bedroom; also heat pump), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
